Babies have different sleep cycles than adults and can have “sleep arousals” every 20-45 minutes. White noise can helps your little one get through these arousals fall back into deeper sleep. Some sleep experts recommend having white noise playing during all sleep times however you can experiment with what works for your little one. You may find it effective to have the white noise running continuously, for one sleep cycle or just to get your little one to sleep initially.
